2.1 Payzof offers prepaid card and international money transfer services.
2.2 You are solely responsible for the accuracy of transaction details, including beneficiary information.
2.3 Payzof reserves the right to verify and investigate transactions for security purposes.
3.1 Payzof implements rigorous security measures to protect your personal and financial data.
3.2 By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
4.1 Payzof may suspend or terminate your account in the event of suspected fraud, breach of terms, or legal obligations.
4.2 You may terminate your account at any time, subject to pending transactions and responsibilities.
5.1 In the event of account closure, the balance of the account and cards will be transferred to the user in a US bank account within 6 to 12 months.
5.2 In the event of account closure for fraud, the entire available balance on the account will be forfeited.
6.1 Payzof reserves the right to restrict any account without notice.
7.1 In the event of a bug on the system, Payzof will not be responsible for transactions that may fail during maintenance.
8.1 In the event of bankruptcy of the company, Payzof undertakes to reimburse each user up to 10% of their balance until full reimbursement is made.
9.1 Payzof is not responsible for the use you make of your prepaid card.
9.2 In the event of theft, information sharing, fraud, or loss, Payzof will not be liable for any financial losses on your cards.
10.1 Payzof reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice.
10.2 Changes will become effective upon posting on the Payzof website.
11.1 Payzof will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of our services.
11.2 Payzof is not responsible for delays or errors in transactions caused by external factors.
12.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Sheridan, Wyoming, USA.
